OwnersEdge Named to 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

National recognition reflects the company's commitment to long-term value creation for employee owners

Waukesha, Wis. (August 20, 2026)OwnersEdge, a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company focused on investing in sustainable, technology-driven businesses throughout the Midwest, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies.

OwnersEdge earned a spot on this year’s list after growing revenue by 25% from 2022 to 2025. The recognition places OwnersEdge among a group of companies that have demonstrated significant growth while creating jobs, driving innovation, and contributing to the U.S. economy.

This recognition reflects the work of our employee owners across every OwnersEdge company,” said Rob Dillon, CEO of OwnersEdge. “We invest in technology-driven businesses and help them achieve sustainable, long-term growth while preserving what makes each company unique. In turn, we create opportunities for the employee owners whose work makes that success possible. That is at the heart of our purpose: providing every employee owner a pathway to realize their American Dream.

Established in 2015, OwnersEdge offers a ready-made ESOP solution for business owners seeking to transition ownership of their companies to their employees. OwnersEdge was purpose-built to preserve a seller’s legacy, sustain the culture they cultivated, and continue investing in their business for long-term growth. Sellers can transition their companies to an employee ownership model without having to establish and administer a stand-alone ESOP. Employees become part of a diversified ESOP in which the collective performance of the portfolio drives shareholder value.

OwnersEdge has completed 10 acquisitions over the course of the past 10 years while retaining employees through every acquisition. Today, the business includes six operating companies and more than 400 employee owners across 16 locations. Its diversified portfolio spans communications technology, industrial automation, media and manufacturing. Each operating company retains its distinct identity and deep industry expertise while accessing shared services and leadership support tailored to its individual needs and growth priorities.

The 2026 Inc. 5000 recognizes companies across industries including advanced manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, professional services and technology. Collectively, this year’s honorees added more than 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years, with a median three-year revenue growth rate of 130 percent.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” said Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”

Inc. will celebrate the 2026 honorees at the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place Oct. 14–16 in Dallas. To see the full list of honorees, visit inc.com/inc5000.
