“My life is truly chaotic,” she admits with a laugh. “But I have a job I love—one that lets me be flexible and take care of these three kiddos that I love.”

“The American Dream for me right now is that I can just live in the moment,” she says. “Later on, we have something to look forward to. The ESOP makes it all possible.”

“Now I have this chunk of money that I’m excited to look at because I’ll have this nest egg to look forward to. I think of it as a vision of a beach-side lakehouse with a pontoon boat,” she says. “Right now, though, it’s my dream of being a mom and soaking it all in. That’s been life-changing.”
